Overview AgentSync’s products help insurance carriers, agencies, and MGAs with distribution management. With modern applications, APIs, customizable workflows and automations to power onboarding, licensing, contracting and appointing, AgentSync puts the right products in the right hands at the right time, compliantly, managed through a single pane of glass. The Product Designer will contribute to an impactful and delightful user experience across AgentSync’s product areas, including developing intuitive and straightforward user flows grounded in a deep understanding of personas; working closely with product and engineering to execute on new products, features, and feature enhancements; designing clear, useable, and intuitive UIs; managing complex compliance and customer requirements; and building and iterating on a consistent design system. Working closely with product and engineering teams, this role will also interface directly with customers to assess usability and engage in user testing, and with leaders across R&D. This is an opportunity to fundamentally shape the way that our customers engage with the product suite at AgentSync! What you’ll do Lead the design of intuitive, impactful experiences that solve complex customer problems in the insurance compliance space Drive design projects from discovery through delivery with minimal guidance, working effectively in ambiguous and evolving problem spaces Apply a systems-thinking mindset to create scalable solutions across interconnected product areas Design within the Salesforce Lightning Design System, extending and adapting it where needed to meet user and business needs Partner closely with product managers and engineers to influence product strategy and define requirements through the lens of user experience Conduct advanced user research and testing to deeply understand user needs and validate design decisions Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and leadership, influencing direction through strong storytelling and user advocacy Ensure a high level of quality and polish in the final implementation of your designs Your experience 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex design projects Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous problem spaces, independently shaping clarity and direction Expertise designing within complex systems (e.g., multi-step workflows, role-based user experiences, or B2B enterprise tools) Strong proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Design System (or similar component-driven design frameworks) Mastery of design tools such as Figma Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, systems thinking, and usability best practices Strong communicator who can influence cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around design solutions High-growth startup or enterprise SaaS experience is a plus Don’t meet every single requirement? Other states we're able to consider candidates in are CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MO, NY, OR, PA,TX, UT, VA, and WA.
