AgentMail is building the identity and communication infrastructure for AI agents, starting with email. We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with backend and infra focus to architect systems for agents as the end users. Responsibilities: Design APIs that are intuitive for both humans and LLMs Architect high-throughput, low-latency systems Write and review clean, idiomatic code Maintain comprehensive documentation Lead and manage a team of 4-6 engineers Qualifications: Has 3+ years of work experience as an engineer working on infrastructure at a tech company Has architected software used in production by millions of users Compensation: $250k - $400k base salary 1.0% - 2.0% equity Breakfast, lunch, and dinner (Doordash) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Wellness stipend
