We’re hiring a Wellness Coordinator to support our Director of Nursing, wellness team, residents, and their families. What You’ll Do • Be a helpful resource by answering calls and responding to requests from residents, families, and staff. • Coordinate staff schedules to maintain appropriate coverage. • Help residents and families arrange transportation, appointments, and needed services. • Track resident meals and appointments to ensure nothing is missed. • Support quality assurance efforts by completing audits and preparing documentation. • Assist with team hiring, training, and retention efforts; help plan staff wellness and appreciation events. • Partner with the pharmacy on medication orders, record updates, and account reconciliation. • Keep the wellness office organized to support smooth communication and workflow. • Participate in weekly check-ins with other Wellness Coordinators to share ideas and align processes. • Lend a hand with resident programs, special events, and marketing initiatives. What You’ll Bring: • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or senior living (preferred). • Prior experience as a Medication Technician. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends.
