About the role AgelessRx’s Senior Product Manager, Acquisition will play a key role within the Product team by shaping how customers stay engaged, supported, and successful beyond their first purchase. As part of this role, you will focus on helping users see value, increase their understanding of longevity, and build long-term habits that keep them connected to our products and services. Additionally, you will partner with cross-functional teams where product strategy meets behavioral insight working closely with Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Analytics to strengthen onboarding, drive recurring engagement, reduce drop-off, and build long-term customer loyalty. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, user-focused product manager with 3+ years of experience in retention and lifecycle work, strong experimentation skills, and a hands-on, cross-functional approach to delivering simple, intuitive experiences What you'll do Own the vision and roadmap for onboarding, activation, engagement, and long-term retention. Define and track key retention metrics and run experiments to improve them. Use data, research, and behavioral insight to understand motivations, friction points, and opportunities. Partner with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Care to build simple, supportive user experiences. Develop lifecycle messaging and education that reinforce values and encourage healthy habits. Prioritize high-impact work and iterate quickly based on learnings. Lead features from discovery through launch and optimization. Clearly communicate goals, decisions, updates, and learnings across teams. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in retention, engagement, onboarding, or lifecycle product management. Ability to use data and user insights to guide decisions and shape product strategy. Experience running experiments that improve activation, engagement, or long-term retention. Familiarity with modern AI tools that support ideation, exploration, and execution. Proven track record of delivering simple, intuitive, user-centered experiences. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution. Growth mindset and a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for users. Passion for improving internal processes and leveraging technology to enhance both the employee and patient experience.
