Please note: If you are not local to the Charlotte area, you will be required to travel to our office a few times a year. 🔗 Visit us at www.agdata.com ---------------------------------------- POSITION SUMMARY The Software Development Team Lead will oversee one of AGDATA’s software development teams, guiding project execution, implementing engineering best practices, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. This role is responsible for sprint planning, risk management, and capacity planning, while also mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement.
