This individual will drive organizational success by leading the end-to-end rollout of assigned new product initiatives, critical client onboarding initiatives, client migrations from legacy custom tools to AGDATA’s commercial platforms, and/or key internal transformation efforts. The role partners closely with the Technical Program Manager/Scrum of Scrum Leader; the Sr. Manager, Project Management; the Manager, Quality & Continuous Improvement; and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless planning, execution, reporting, and value realization. Responsibilities / Primary Duties · Partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure go-to-market and organizational implementation and support readiness, as well as client enablement strategies for new product launches and upgrades. · Leads high-stakes client onboarding and migration efforts, ensuring smooth transitions from legacy tools to commercial solutions with minimal disruption. · Collaborates with the Technical Program Manager/Scrum of Scrum Leader to align delivery timelines, resolve blockers, and maintain transparency across workstreams. · Works to ensure alignment between client deliverable commitments and product delivery execution – both timelines and scope. · Works with Quality & Continuous Improvement team to develop and maintain processes, templates, standards, and dashboards to ensure effective collaboration, transparency, and knowledge sharing related to product rollout, client onboarding, and/or client migration activities. · Applies Agile, SAFe, and Lean principles to optimize delivery workflows and ensure continuous iteration and improvement. · Monitors and reports on initiative progress, client feedback, and value realization metrics. · Acts as a voice of the customer with internal teams, ensuring client needs are accurately represented in delivery planning and execution. Essential Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT/Dev, Operations, Project Management, or a related field. · 7+ years of experience in client delivery, project management, portfolio management, and/or continuous improvement roles within a tech-enabled BPO or SaaS environment. · Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and demonstrated experience in applying them to deliver complex cross-functional projects. · Ability to influence without authority and foster collaboration across departments. Proven ability to enlist support for key initiatives across all stakeholders, both internal and external. · Proven success in leading client-facing transitions and driving measurable outcomes. · Proficiency in project management and data visualization tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Excel). · Ability to understand business and technology context to effectively and efficiently guide project teams to optimal decisions. · Insatiable curiosity and strong bias for self-initiation. · Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Other Qualifications · Certification in SAFe, Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, and/or Agile methodologies preferred. · Experience in agricultural data, analytics, or enterprise software implementations is a plus. · Familiarity with earned value management and adaptive governance frameworks. · Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
