Description About the Role: The Program Manager/Team Lead is essential in building and nurturing strong relationships with AG Mednet's partners, while also acting as an internal subject matter expert within Trial Delivery. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding service and innovative solutions to our partners. The Program Manager/Team Lead will oversee and manage key portfolios, ensuring full oversight and smooth execution of all related activities. Additionally, this role may involve leading and directly managing a team of Project Managers. Responsibilities • Oversee all aspects of trial and solution deployment for AG Mednet product offerings. • Serve as the portfolio lead for key AG Mednet partners, providing regular updates on KPIs, addressing issues, and promoting best practices. ? Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to drive account expansion and penetration efforts. • Provide leadership and mentorship to Application Engineers, Project Managers, and other team members, while directly managing selected trial deployments. • Build and maintain strong relationships with trial managers and investigator sites to support ongoing and future projects. • Respond to user inquiries with professionalism and accuracy, acting as a technical contributor in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Manage the transition of activities from work order sign-off through trial initiation, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales, and operations teams. • Utilize project management software to track timelines, and proactively communicate risks, updates, and impacts to customers. • Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for increasing the adoption of AG Mednet solutions. • Develop, implement, and maintain processes and associated documentation related to the deployment of configurable end-user products. ? Ensure timely creation and maintenance of records pertaining to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Assist in planning, conducting, and reporting internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality and regulatory standards, identifying areas for improvement. Requirements About You: • BA/BS with a minimum of five to seven years of Project Management experience in software implementation (must be client-facing), preferably within the clinical trials/life sciences arena. • Expert at developing and maintaining positive client relationships. • Proven track record of successful training results with the ability to clearly instruct and direct others. • Demonstrate excellent facilitation, presentation, and organization skills. • Ability to maintain effective working relationships cross-functionally. • Good listening skills, collaborative, team-oriented, and highly organized. • Proactive, self-driven, able to work well in an unstructured environment while meeting all deadlines. • Possess solid computer skills, including Project Management Software (proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience in AGILE software development environment preferred
