Experience as Scrum Master or related role with solid knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), software development lifecycle, collaboration tools, and strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
This position facilitates agile events for assigned product and services delivery teams. Provides and develops meaningful metrics to drive continuous improvement and to support forecasting and planning. Position Compensation Range: $97,000.00 - $164,000.00 Pay Rate Type: Salary Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities Facilitate agile scrum ceremonies including but not limited to, Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Team Retrospective, Sprint Review and Backlog Refinement. Prepares team for PI Planning, assisting with team breakout sessions promoting alignment with broader Agile Release Train (ART) goals. Coaches team to higher level of maturity with predictable delivery at a sustainable pace. Facilitates team collaboration, decision making and conflict resolution. Serve as a servant leader, enabling teams to be self-organized, cross-functional, and effective in an Agile environment. Helps the team remove impediments and bottlenecks that interrupt the flow of services. Partners with Product Owners and Leaders on roadmap, providing techniques to effectively build and manage product backlog and to develop a release strategy that maximizes the value being delivered. Track and report on team metrics (e.g., velocity, sprint burndown, predictability) to drive continuous improvement and transparency. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and learning from outcomes. Serves the organization by increasing awareness and adoption of agile principles and values. Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service. Solid knowledge and understanding of IT product delivery, including experience in a Scrum Master role or related experience. Solid knowledge and understanding of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum and Kanban, principles and values. Solid knowledge and understanding of technology practices related to software development lifecycle and Infrastructure. Strong interpersonal and servant leadership skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong facilitation and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to remove impediments, resolve conflict, and motivate team members. Solid knowledge and understanding of collaboration tools, such as Jira and Confluence. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the organization, and in helping the teams deliver. Travel Requirements •Up to 10%.
