The Role Role Title: Director, Demand Generation Location: United States (Remote) Department: Marketing Reports To: Head of Marketing and Commercial Strategy About the Role We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Director, Demand Generation to build and scale Afiniti’s pipeline generation engine. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping our demand generation strategy from the ground up and driving measurable awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across priority markets. You will own the end-to-end demand generation framework, manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels, and lead a Content Manager to ensure messaging, storytelling, and execution are tightly aligned with business goals. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Strategy, and Data teams to refine targeting, optimize funnel performance, and strengthen our go-to-market engine. This role offers the autonomy of a builder environment while collaborating closely with senior leadership. What Will Be Your Key Deliverables • Own and execute the global demand generation strategy across paid media, email, content, SEO, ABM, and events to drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth. • Develop and launch integrated campaigns tailored to ICPs and buyer personas, including users, executives, and decision-makers. • Lead and mentor a Content Manager, ensuring content initiatives directly support pipeline and revenue goals. • Build and scale ABM programs that deliver highly personalized engagement for target accounts. • Design and optimize content frameworks aligned to the buyer journey, including ads, landing pages, nurture streams, and thought leadership. • Partner cross-functionally to refine targeting, improve lead handoffs, and increase meeting-to-opportunity conversion rates. • Develop advanced audience segmentation and personalized campaign flows using marketing automation and analytics platforms. • Implement attribution models and reporting frameworks to measure performance, identify pipeline drivers, and optimize ROI. • Continuously test, analyze, and iterate channel performance across verticals such as PEOs, business services, fintech, and insurance. • Present campaign insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to influence broader go-to-market strategy. Who You Are Experience You bring 8+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience, with a demonstrated track record of building scalable programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue. You have experience developing demand engines from the ground up and leading direct reports such as content, marketing operations, or campaign specialists. Education • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. • Equivalent practical experience in demand generation leadership roles is also valued. Technical Skills • Hands-on experience with modern marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. • Strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, campaign analytics, and performance optimization. • Ability to design segmentation strategies and personalization frameworks at scale. • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting dashboards. Compensation Annual Base Salary Range: $128,820 – $169,500 Additional: Annual Performance bonus (15% of annual base) Compensation is commensurate with experience and location within the United States.
