We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology operations and drive digital transformation initiatives at our established manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the manufacturing industry, ERP expertise, and proven leadership skills to manage our IT infrastructure and software development team while supporting our operational excellence goals. This role has onsite requirements in the Nashville area. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with manufacturing operations and business objectives • Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity • Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to identify technology solutions • Manage IT budget and vendor relationships • Oversee implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise resource planning systems • Ensure ERP systems effectively support manufacturing processes, inventory management, and production planning • Manage and mentor a team of software developers and IT professionals • Foster professional development and maintain team performance standards • Coordinate cross-functional projects between IT and manufacturing teams • Maintain robust, secure IT infrastructure supporting manufacturing operations • Ensure network reliability, data security, and system availability • Oversee backup and disaster recovery procedures Required Qualifications • 5+ years of IT management experience in manufacturing environments • Proven experience with ERP systems implementation and management (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or InforXA) • 3+ years managing software development teams • Strong background in IT infrastructure management
