PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES: • Assists with establishing, maintaining, and developing business and social relationships with customers and vendors to enhance the potential for achieving maximum profitability and growth • Provides sales support for AFC personnel • Prepares, proofreads, compiles and distributes quotes, proposals, and customer correspondence • Provides order processing for incoming customer orders and subsequent orders to vendors and suppliers • Follows up to ensure commitments are met • Processing of RMAs and all related activities associated with the RMA process • Develops and maintains all relevant customer files and records per AFC policies • Proper management and analysis of assigned vending machines and reporting software including: • Maintain inventory accuracy in both Vending and P21 systems • Days of Supply • Set up and maintain Family/Category/Type for all items • Creating PO & Tags • Reviewing and adjusting min/max values • Creation of jobs and assignment of items to those jobs • Pricing accuracy • Part number entering & updating • Slow & Dead inventory • Assigning Bins • Proper navigating the ERP system (P21) for research purposes including Sales History and past Pricing • Expedites the prompt resolution of customer problems, questions, concerns and discrepancies. Notifies the appropriate AFC personnel of situations that are beyond the scope of the Customer Service responsibility level • Support of warehouse responsibilities as needed • Receive and put away all incoming inventory ensuring inventory accuracy is kept • Set up and delete bin locations for all in stock tooling managed • Perform all shipping functions (Maintain the quality and 100% accuracy of all incoming and outgoing shipments.) • Load vending machines as needed • Other assignments as needed or requested STANDARDS FOR PERFORMANCE: • Maintain inventory levels to stay in-stock, but avoid overstock • Work with Customer to eliminate obsolete / dead inventory • Quote items as needed • Enter jobs and assign items as need to ensure inventory availability as needed • Zero out of stocks for assigned inventory locations • Maintain inventory accuracy in vending system and P21 • Maintain contract in P21 for pricing accuracy BEHAVIORS: • Reliable - be to work on time • Accountable • Can do attitude • Hustle and smile • Always be willing to help others • Always be respectful of others • Understand and demonstrate the Core Values of the Company QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: • Must be able to lift 30 lbs. • Capable of bending, twisting, and squatting • High School Diploma or higher PREFERRED SKILLS: • Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Basic computer skills • Organizational Skills • Time Management Skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Position: Full-time Hourly Pay: $22.00-24.00 Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 8 hours daily, flexible schedule Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance We are an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled employer.
