Role Overview: As a Software Programmer at Aetos Systems, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, code, and test software applications, ensuring robust performance and scalability. What You'll Do: - You will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. - You will collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - You will participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software to improve performance. - You will contribute to the development of software documentation and user manuals. - You will stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them when appropriate. - You will work closely with QA teams to ensure software reliability and functionality. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - You have 3+ years of professional experience in software development. - You are proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. - You have experience with software development tools and version control systems like Git. - You possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. - Familiarity with database management and SQL. - Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
