Role Overview: As a Software Programmer at Aetos Systems, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable applications while continuously improving your technical skills and contributing to the company’s growth. What You'll Do: - You will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to develop software applications. - You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - You will participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software to improve performance and reliability. - You will contribute to the design and architecture of new features and systems. - You will stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply best practices. - You will document software functionality and technical specifications. - You will assist in testing and deployment processes to ensure smooth releases. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - You have 3+ years of professional experience in software development. - You are proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - You have experience with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum. - You possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of database management systems like SQL or NoSQL. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React or Angular. - Contributions to open-source projects or personal software projects.
