Role Overview: As a Software Programmer at Aetos Systems, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, code, test, and deploy applications that meet our clients' needs and drive business success. What You'll Do: - You will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. - You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver software solutions. - You will participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software applications. - You will contribute to the design and architecture of new features and systems. - You will stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them when appropriate. - You will document software functionality and technical specifications. - You will support continuous improvement initiatives within the development team. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - You have at least 3 years of professional experience in software development. - You are proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - You have experience with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum. - You possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of database management systems like SQL or NoSQL. - Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. - Prior experience in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
