Role Overview: As a Software Programmer at Aetos Systems, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, code, test, and deploy software applications, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and reliable. What You'll Do: - You will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. - You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - You will participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software applications. - You will contribute to the design and architecture of new software features. - You will stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them when appropriate. - You will document software functionality and technical specifications. - You will assist in the deployment and maintenance of software systems. What You Bring: - 3+ years of professional experience in software development. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - Experience with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of database management systems like SQL or NoSQL. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
