Job Title: Production Associate Job Description We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team and contribute to our plasma spray coating operations for orthopedic implants. This role involves creating high-quality parts with precision and attention to detail, ensuring they meet stringent standards. Responsibilities • Handle coating operations by preparing each part for coating, applying thin layers of coating with fine beads to create texture and thickness, placing coated parts into curing ovens, and ensuring they cool correctly for proper bonding. • Perform inspections using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gages to ensure product quality. • Trim edges and touch up thin spots to ensure uniform appearance of each part. Shift: 1st (5am-1:30pm) Pay Rate: $17.50/hr Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Farmington Hills, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36400.00 - $36400.00/yr. Good benefits. Healthcare, 2 weeks PTO, 401k match, ect.
