Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for stocking, receiving, and shipping products in a timely manner while maintaining inventory control. This role requires the ability to use a pallet jack, manage shipping and receiving processes, and lift up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities • Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and correctly process items for storage and/or shipment following established procedures and customer requirements. • Receive materials and/or finished goods daily, verifying their quality, type, and quantity, and ensuring the appropriate documentation is present. • Operate distribution equipment and work in a warehouse environment under various temperatures, including room temperature, cold-room, and freezer-room settings. Essential Skills • Ability to operate powered industrial trucks and equipment at various heights. • Basic computer skills to navigate ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software. • Strong communication and customer service skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 0-2 years of related experience, preferably in logistics with a life science company. • Experience with warehouse clerk duties, computer software, taping boxes, and palletizing. Work Environment Work in a distribution center environment that is non-climate controlled and fast-paced. Tasks involve repetitive movements and require lifting up to 50 pounds. The role may involve varying schedules, hours, and overtime as needed, with occasional local travel. The noise level is typically moderate to high. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
