Electronic Assembly Technician Pay Rate: $24 to $29.90 per hour depending on shift and experience Location: Redmond, Washington Shift Times: • 1st Shift: 5:30am - 2:00pm (Monday – Friday) • 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm (Monday – Friday) About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembly Technician to join our electromechanical assembly team, specializing in the aerospace industry. This hands-on role involves diagnosing, repairing, and assembling mechanical and electronic components, with a strong emphasis on soldering and interpreting technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: · Diagnose, repair, and rebuild mechanical and electronic systems and components. · Perform precision soldering and assembly work on circuit boards and control panels. · Utilize diagnostic tools and trade-specific equipment. · Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings. · Support R&D efforts by reviewing new manuals and participating in training. · Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in the shop. · Mentor and assist in training new technicians. · Conduct in-process and final inspections in compliance with FAA regulations and company standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Proficient in soldering and electronic assembly. · Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident. · Skilled in using measuring instruments and standard hand tools. · Ability to interpret blueprints and electrical schematics. · Basic understanding of motors, pneumatic valves, and lighting systems. · Experience with circuit board repair and wiring. · Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel. · Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and comprehension).
