Job Title: Shipping and Receiving ClerkJob Description As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of products within our warehouse. You will be responsible for order picking, shipping, quality control, inventory management, and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities • Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type. • Perform picking duties efficiently to meet customer service standards. • Prepare freight accurately and on time. • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free. • Report quality variances promptly. • Maintain records for inventory control and assist with physical inventories. • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. • Perform daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance. • Comply with all safety rules and participate in safety meetings. Essential Skills • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. • Proven ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment. • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices. • Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and inventory records. • Basic computer skills for using Warehouse Management Systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with ERP systems, SAP, and RF scanners. • Familiarity with kitting and order selection processes. Why Work Here?
