Job Title: Production Supervisor Job Description • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team within the automotive industry • This role will involve overseeing production processes, ensuring safety standards, and promoting continuous improvement Job Responsibilities • Supervise, lead, coach, and direct team leaders and labor in meeting production volume, cost, quality, and delivery schedules • Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls, and provide regular progress reports • Plan headcount and manage schedules, including absences, holidays, and training • Complete daily attendance register and ADP data entry • Conduct standardized work audits and ensure adherence to Standardized Work • Collaborate with Team Leaders to schedule operator rotations Essential Skills • Experience in production supervision within the automotive industry • Knowledge of UAW union protocols • Proficiency in production management, safety, continuous improvement, and supervision • Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, and process improvement Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Warren, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
