Job Title: Production Operator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator tasked with converting sealant and coating products from large drums into various sized bottles and containers. This role involves operating machinery to fill bottles, labeling, and packaging them for shipment. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accurate product counts and labeling. Responsibilities • Operate machinery to fill bottles with liquid material. • Label and package bottles for shipment accurately. • Ensure order sheets match the machine's production. • Add components to packaging as required. • Complete 200-400 bottles per day depending on size. • Clean and organize the workstation at the end of each shift. Essential Skills • Attention to detail • Experience in a fast-paced environment • Ability to lift 25 lbs 50+ times per day • Ability to sit or stand for the duration of the shift • US Citizenship for Export Controls Work Environment Additional Skills & Qualifications • Forklift Experience • Experience filling tubes and containers • Experience in the aerospace industry Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a clean, climate-controlled facility with designated stations for each employee. The shift is Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with some Saturdays required from 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Steel-toed shoes are required, and the environment is non-smoking with smoking allowed only during lunch breaks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
