Job Title: Maintenance Technician $70k-95k Job Summary We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment throughout the facility to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities • Maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all facility equipment. • Work with industrial automation equipment and components, including motors, pumps, drives, servos, relays, and 3-phase power. • Read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematics. Essential Skills • Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance. • Experience with hydraulics, mechanical systems, pneumatics, and repairs. • Preventive maintenance and familiarity with 3-phase power. • Skilled in PLC troubleshooting and control systems. • Ability to perform HVAC tasks, maintenance repairs, and installations. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Corrugated industry experience is a plus but not required. • Class 2B Boilers License preferred but not required. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Inver Grove Heights, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $95000.00/yr. - Monthly bonus between 10% - 21% of employees total income for the month based on plant performance. - PTO - Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) - Weekly pay - Paid holidays - 401K with company match - Opportunity for career growth within the organization.
