Job Title: Forklift Operator Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for moving products throughout the manufacturing site using a sit-down forklift. You will stack pallets and use the automated wrapper, ensuring that pallets are wrapped correctly and safely. In cases of a mis-stack or leaking product, you will need to reorganize and clean up the area. Following this, you will use the forklift to move the product to the shipping and staging area. Responsibilities • Operate a sit-down forklift to move products across the manufacturing site. • Stack pallets and utilize automated wrapping machines. • Ensure pallets are wrapped safely and correctly. • Reorganize and clean up any mis-stacked or leaking products. • Transport products to the shipping and staging area using the forklift. Essential Skills • 3+ years of recent sit-down forklift experience, with preference for propane forklifts. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to read and write in English. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage. • Experience in production and batching. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment involves creating plastic bottles using Uniloy blow molds, which may require comfort with warmer conditions. The facility has mid-level lighting, which is neither too dark nor too bright. You will work during the 1st shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
