General Production Operator ($18/hr) 2nd Shift: 3pm-11:30pm Job Description Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in manufacturing medical device parts using industrial sewing machines. You will receive comprehensive training, followed by mentorship on the production floor, to ensure you succeed in your role. Responsibilities: • Operate industrial sewing machines to manufacture medical device parts • Complete one-week classroom training on industrial sewing machines • Work with a mentor on the production floor to learn processes • Set up sewing machines with correct thread and materials • Achieve expected production output within 13 weeks • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Sit for extended periods while operating machines • Report machine issues to maintenance or seek assistance • Ensure all products meet quality standards Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Charles, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
