Employment Type: Full-time Start Date: Summer Department: Engineering Research & Development Responsibilities: Position Purpose: Analysis of raw materials, intermediate and finished products against identified standards and specifications. The job functions include but are not limited to: • Analysis of raw materials, intermediates and finished products • Analysis record keeping • Certificate of analysis generation • Special testing as requested • Maintaining lab supplies • Maintenance and calibration of lab instruments • Preparation and standardization of lab solutions • Maintain test methods • Inspection of raw materials Certificates of analysis Required Qualification: • A bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in a related field (Chemical Engineering or similar discipline) with graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026. • Basic understanding of chemistry and analytical methods used in a laboratory environment. • General chemistry lab experience during academic and internship experience. • Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate effectively to all levels of an organization. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent project streams, with a track record of getting things done at a high level of quality. • Excellent critical thinking skills, with an ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team to achieve goals. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Legal Authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role now or in the future. • Curious Mindset. Compensation: The typical hiring range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000 annually.
