We are seeking a highly skilled International Trade Manager to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless cross-border trade operations, managing compliance with international trade regulations, and optimizing our global supply chain for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The International Trade Manager will serve as the primary liaison with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to ensure uninterrupted flow of goods worldwide.  So, what will you be doing as an International Trade manager? * Develop, implement, and maintain trade compliance programs and procedures. * Conduct risk assessments and design mitigation strategies. * Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, including CARM and ACE systems. * Maintain audit-ready compliance documentation and support internal/external audits. * Manage international transportation across ocean, air, and ground modes. * Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely, cost-efficient shipments. * Support organizational growth by optimizing logistics and transportation planning. * Facilitate customs clearance processes for imports and exports. * Collaborate with customs officials to resolve discrepancies or challenges. * Oversee valuation reporting and reconciliation processes. * Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance purposes. * Partner with business leaders to negotiate trade agreements and contracts. * Provide expertise on INCOTERMS, duties, tariffs, and free trade agreements. * Identify opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation in supply chain operations. * Lead department budget preparation and monitor trade-related expenditures. * Drive organizational awareness of trade compliance requirements. * Lead training initiatives to strengthen business continuity and disaster recovery planning. To be successful in this role, you’ll need: * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, International Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 5+ years of professional import/export compliance and trade management experience. * Strong knowledge of global trade compliance laws and regulations. * Proven ability to build relationships with customs officials, brokers, and freight forwarders. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Proficient with MS Office Suite and other software as required. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
