Role Description This is a full-time, field-based sales professional role located in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, conducting market research, providing product knowledge to clients, and participating in sales strategy development. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. This territory will cover the states of NJ, PA, VA, DE and MD. Qualifications • Business Development, Negotiation, and Key Account Management skills • Sales Planning, Goal Setting, and Market Research expertise • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Relationship Management skills • Ability to analyze sales data and develop data-driven strategies • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on-site • Experience in healthcare or technology sales is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required Travel 100% in the designated territory. The ideal candidate is willing to travel as needed to support and grow the territory. Most travel is regional; however, there will be an occasional need for flight travel. Compensation: At complete sales comp plan, the position can earn $250,000+ under the current commission plan at year one. Uncapped earning potential.
