Position Summary: A Junior Business Operations Analyst provides entry-level analytical support to enhance business operations. This role involves data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes. They assist in projects, contribute to process mapping, and assist in gathering and documenting business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Enablement Analyze business data and develop actionable insights to support process development and decision-making. (Beginner) Conduct in-depth reviews of current systems and workflows, recommending alternative methods to optimize efficiency. (Intermediate) Gather and organize information on operational problems and collaborate with teams to formulate sustainable solutions. (Intermediate) Continuous Improvement & Operational Efficiency Identify, evaluate, and implement cost-saving initiatives and performance improvement strategies. (Beginner) Participate in research and development efforts related to new products, processes, and technologies. (Beginner) Lead efforts to review, analyze, and refine business procedures, identifying opportunities for automation and standardization. (Beginner) Collaboration & Communication Serve as a key liaison between project teams, business units, and senior leadership. (Beginner) Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning across teams. (Intermediate) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in business operations, or continuous improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to break complex issues into manageable components. Experience with performance monitoring, process development, and operations coordination. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with CI, Dev Ops, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. NOTE: The salary range for this position is between $45,000.00 - $75,000.00, depending on experience level.
