Developing and executing enterprise sales strategies, building client relationships, and leading the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Minimum 15 years in enterprise wealth tech and investment sales, strong understanding of financial products, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM and sales analytics.
Job Description: • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to target enterprise clients in various segments of the financial services industry • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting, negotiations, to closing deals • Present and demonstrate Advyzon’s capabilities to clients, effectively articulating our value propositions • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, onboarding, relationship management and customer support to ensure alignment and success in client engagements • Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and reporting • Monitor sales metrics, report on sales activity, and adjust strategies as needed to meet performance goals • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor offerings and industry best practices Requirements: • Minimum of 15 years of proven success in large enterprise wealth tech and investment management sales • Strong understanding of financial products, wealth management technology and investment management (TAMP) services • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field • An MBA is preferred • Current Series 7 & 66 – preferred but not required • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex financial concepts • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to travel as needed for prospect/client meetings and industry events.
