Job Title: Regional Agency Manager (Illinois, Wisconsin) Founded in 1964, Advocus National Title Insurance Company is expanding its footprint into new states. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Title Insurance Agency Manager to lead and oversee the sales operations of our title insurance underwriter in Florida and Texas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, leadership capabilities, and an in-depth understanding of the title insurance industry in Florid/Texas. This role requires an individual who can drive business growth, manage client relationships, and ensure the smooth operation of sales activities while adhering to state regulations and industry standards. Position Summary: Advocus National Title Insurance Company is seeking a dynamic, experienced Regional Agency Manager to support and grow our network of independent title agents throughout Downstate Illinois and Wisconsin. This role combines customer support, sales, and relationship management, serving as a trusted resource and liaison between Advocus and our agency partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in title insurance operations and sales, with a strong working knowledge of title production systems. You will play a key role in enhancing agent performance, ensuring compliance, and promoting the full suite of Advocus products and services. Responsibilities: • Support and strengthen relationships with existing title agents by providing operational guidance, compliance support, and product knowledge. • Drive regional growth by identifying and onboarding new agency partners. • Conduct regular field visits and virtual meetings to provide training, updates, and business development support. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution. • Analyze agency performance metrics and work with partners to improve efficiency and increase policy production. • Educate agents on changes in regulations, underwriting guidelines, and best practices. • Represent Advocus at industry events, seminars, and regional meetings. • Stay informed on regional market trends and competitor activity. • Qualifications: • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the title insurance industry, with a strong background in both operations and sales. • Knowledge of title production systems (e.g., ResWare, SoftPro, RamQuest,Qualia) is highly desirable. • Proven track record of business development and maintaining long-term client relationships. • In-depth understanding of title insurance underwriting, closing processes, and compliance. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and travel extensively throughout the assigned territory. • Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to customer service. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience as an agency representative or sales manager for a title underwriter. • Familiarity with regulatory environments in Illinois and Wisconsin. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required). • Law Degree not required but desirable.
