Department: 10736 Enterprise Corporate - Enterprise Strategy Partners Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: This position is full time remote and typical work hours are M-F between 8am and 5pm Pay Range $66.85 - $100.30 Major Responsibilities: Strategic Dissemination Capacity Building • Bring industry leading approaches to disseminate and translate strategy across complex, large scale enterprise organizations. This should be modern in approach and leverage AI and other emerging technologies to accelerate impact. • Establish ongoing mechanisms to critically assess knowledge, gaps and needs to support strategic understanding and activation. Develop plans and appropriately deploy interventions. • Balance the need for simplicity and standardization in tools, resources and educational materials with "always on" and audience-tailored methods. • Build standard processes to intake requests, track implementation and monitor impact of dissemination activities. • Reinforces a culture of agility, regularly evaluating and improving capability. Strategic Insights Deliverables • Partner with Lead,Strategic Insights & Economicsand other leaders to regularly disseminate external insights analyses and findings to leadership audiences. • Design templates and engaging, multi-modal methods that titrate depth and breadth of analyses by purpose and audience. • Bring strategic perspective, organizational knowledge and understanding of dissemination needs to inform external-insights deliverables. Executive Strategy Deliverable Development • Serve as key resource in identifying and drafting strategic content and messaging in support of Board-level events, C-level presentations and other senior executive-led events. • At the direction of the Strategic Lifecycle Lead and Chief of Staff, support the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), CSO direct reports and other strategy function leaders in development of presentations, white papers and speaking-points; crafting messages to effectively communicate complex strategies to various audiences. • Supports preparation of compelling deliverables to influence strategic decision-making. Enterprise Collaboration • Partners with People and Culture and internal communications teams to develop robust communication and activation plans and to integrate strategic messaging into organizational communications and cadences. • Partner with the Executive communications teams in drafting strategic messaging and content for CEO-level internal and external communications. • Collaborate with enterprise leaders seeking to integrate and align strategic insights into their work. • Supports governance processes and communication structures that promote visibility, accountability, and informed decision-making across the enterprise. Minimum Job Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or related field from an accredited college or university is required. Certification / License None Experience • Minimum 7 years of experience in health systems management, strategic planning, or strategic communications. • Experience in cross-functional leadership and program management in complex organizations. • Familiarity with academic medical health system operations, and strategic planning processes. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities • Understanding of enterprise strategy formulation, strategic planning frameworks, and/or dissemination best practices. • Sound critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate needs and assess impacts. • Experience designing and deploying change initiatives within complex organizations. • Collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills; able to influence within a matrixed organization. • Strategic thinker with expert ability to translate complex strategies into pragmatic and digestible messages. • Demonstrated excellence in communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills. • Expert design and written communication skills, including executive-level presentation. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Routine office environment requiring sitting at a desk, working with a personal computer, conducting video or phone calls, and preparing reports and other statistical data. Requires periods of being sedentary such as at meetings. Excellent verbal and presentation skills. Standing, walking and driving. Lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds. Preferred Job Requirements Education Master's degree in business, healthcare or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred. Certification / License None Experience Experience in healthcare consulting or advisory services with a professional services firm. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Experience in strategy formulation and activation for several large, complex health organizations.
