Evaluates and demonstrates the business impact of digital marketing strategies. Shows the impact of digital programs via reports and dashboards, tracking demand, leads, conversions, and KPIs. Maps patient journeys and documents paths to service/purchase for all lines. Manages and implements digital marketing plans leveraging CRM to target lead and pipeline goals, markets, audiences, and digital assets. Continuously monitors market and competitive analyses to inform strategy. Leads Digital Strategy Specialists in executing marketing initiatives across web, social media, and email platforms. Oversees end-to-end campaign management for all service line marketing campaigns. Implements optimization tactics based on media mix, bidding, keyword research, ad copy A/B testing, and landing page optimizations for high conversion rates. Ensures project timelines and budgets align with offline marketing efforts and brand assets. Monitors, tracks, and updates trends impacting business strategies. Collaborates with service line leadership, marketing staff, business development, and physicians to educate them on digital marketing best practices. Other duties as assigned. Location: Remote in Rocky Mountain Region Schedule: M-F 8-5 PM Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Excellent customer services skills, and the ability to build rapport and relationships across administrators, team members, physicians, customers/patients, vendors and the community. [Required] • Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization and lead across a variety of leadership/management structures, internal teams (IT, Business, Finance), and partners/vendors. [Required] • Knowledge of CRM/PRM systems, content management systems, browser applications, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, mobile and web analytics tools.
