Job Title: Global Venture Scout and Ambassador Location: Global / Remote About Us: Advantary is an advisory and stage-agnostic investment firm focused on sourcing and supporting both early-stage and growth-stage companies for investment and consulting services. Through deep industry expertise and proprietary deal flow, we identify high-potential ventures and provide the capital and strategic guidance necessary for scalable success. Position Overview: We are seeking Venture Scouts with access to proprietary deal flow for consulting and investment in both early-stage and growth-stage companies. This independent contractor role is ideal for well-connected individuals who can identify exclusive investment opportunities and cultivate relationships within the startup and growth-stage ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: • Leverage personal and professional networks to source exclusive early-stage and growth-stage investment opportunities. • Identify and evaluate companies that align with Advantary’s investment strategy across multiple growth stages. • Develop and maintain relationships with founders, VCs, growth equity firms, accelerators, and corporate innovation teams to secure early access to top deals. • Conduct initial screening of business models, competitive positioning, and market scalability. • Work with Advantary’s investment team to refine sourcing strategies and support due diligence. • Represent Advantary at venture and private equity networking events, pitch competitions, and industry conferences. Experience & Education: • Proven track record of sourcing both early-stage and growth-stage deals and consulting engagements ahead of market trends. • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • 3+ years in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or startup advisory roles. • Established network within startup, venture, and corporate growth ecosystems. • Strong analytical and communication skills with a deep understanding of investment fundamentals.
