Business Title: Systems Test Engineer II – PCIG Systems Pay Rate: $42.50/hour Shift: 8 am till 4:30 pm Location: Onsite position, Maple Grove, MN 55311 Employment Type: Long Term Contract; potential for temp-to-hire based on performance a • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.* Job Purpose The Systems Test Engineer II develops, establishes, and maintains quality engineering methodologies, systems, and practices that meet Boston Scientific (BSC), customer, and regulatory requirements. This role serves as a Quality representative to enhance awareness, visibility, and communication of quality initiatives supporting departmental, site, divisional, and corporate quality goals and priorities. The engineer provides focused quality support within new product development, operational activities, and system/services support. Functional engineering roles include: Design Assurance, Operations Quality, Software Engineering, Supplier Assurance, Product Analysis, Metrology, Microbiology, and Chemistry. Key Responsibilities • Identify and implement effective process control systems to support product development, qualification, and ongoing manufacturing, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. • Lead the implementation of assurance, process control, and CAPA systems designed to meet or exceed all applicable standards. • Serve as an effective leader and team member in supporting quality disciplines, decisions, and best practices. • Apply systematic, data-driven problem-solving methodologies to identify, prioritize, communicate, and resolve quality issues. • Support the development and execution of streamlined business systems that effectively identify and resolve quality challenges. Quality Systems Responsibilities • Build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining strict compliance with all quality requirements. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 1 year of experience. • 3D printing experience required • SolidWorks experience required • CAD experience required Interview Process • Total Interviews: 2 • Interview 1: Teams video interview • Interview 2: Onsite panel interview (approximately 1.5 hours) Work Environment • Hands-on position in an experimental lab environment involving 3D modeling, molding, and related activities. • Requires a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, innovative setting.
