About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead operations at our high-volume, highline collision repair facility. Our shop is recognized for its prestigious OEM certifications and long-standing Direct Repair Program (DRP) partnerships, making us a trusted destination for both customers and insurance partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a large-scale collision repair center, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day operations of a highline auto body repair shop with significant DRP volume. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all departments (estimating, production, parts, customer service). • Manage relationships with insurance partners, DRP accounts, and OEM certification programs. • Monitor shop performance including KPIs (cycle time, touch time, CSI, profitability). • Ensure adherence to OEM repair procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards. • Drive revenue growth and profitability through efficient workflow, resource management, and cost control. • Foster a customer-first culture with emphasis on transparency, service excellence, and problem resolution.
