The Space and Assortment Sr Analyst is required to provide strategic planogram analytical support for Advantage clients and customers. This multifaceted role demands expert knowledge of space management technology, application of information available, and the ability to create best in class merchandising solutions to meet client objectives and retailer strategies. Deep analytical abilities, project management expertise, and a proven track record in managing client engagements is needed. The ideal candidate will take ownership of complex space planning projects, drive process improvements, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize space allocation and product assortment for clients. This role requires the ability to juggle multiple priorities, deliver compelling presentations, and leverage data-driven insights to influence decision-making and support business growth. The assortment analysis work requires merging customer information with syndicated sales data to identify distribution opportunities across multiple categories and ensuring the right items are on shelf based on performance. This includes understanding the shopper consideration path for categories assigned and review of planograms to meet retailer needs for on shelf capacity and optimal flow. Qualifications Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience Requirements: 3 to 5 years experience in relevant field (Space Management experience required, JDA Software experience preferred) Travel requirement: Occasional travel may be required for store visits or sales meetings.
