Job Description Position Title: Program Manager/Full-Time/Hybrid Reports To: Corporate Program Manager Clearance Type: Active Top Secret/SCI (willing to take CI Poly) Work Location: National Capital Region Start Date: On Contract Award Job Description: Advantage SCI is accepting applications to support a federal agency personnel security program. Summary of duties include but not limited to: Provide direct supervision, program control, scheduling and management of all the Contractor's employees consistent with priorities and assignments made by agency management. Provide timekeeping and invoicing by individual Task Order labor hours, travel and Other Direct Costs (ODCs). Provide progress reporting as specified in the Task Orders. Provide incidental quality assurance to all Task Order deliverables. Resolve problems, issues or conflicts as required. Ensure that program / project schedules, performance and deliverables are met. Support the Task Order CORs by providing information related to the performance and / or status of all current tasks and assignments. Provide the COR with cost and staffing estimates relative to the completion of existing task orders as well as the possible addition of future task orders. Coordinate work schedules for Contractor personnel provided under the Task Orders. Maintain a qualified and certified, as appropriate, Contractor work force to meet the Government's needs under the TOs. Prioritize tasks and assignments to Contractor work force based on the Government's direction and best practices. Provide report metrics to the COR and CO as required. Ensure accountability for all Government furnished property (GFP) and information (GFI), including assistance in performing periodic Government property inventories. Ensure applicable agency policies and procedures are followed by the Contractor work force.
