Role Overview: As a Sr. Web Developer at Advantage Design Group, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications that enhance user engagement and drive business success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions in a hybrid work environment. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern web technologies. - You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless user experiences. - You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. - You will stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry trends to ensure our platforms remain innovative. - You will mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web development. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with video streaming technologies and interactive media platforms. - Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js or Python. - Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure. - Experience in higher education or digital learning platforms.
