Monitor, measure, and report performance outcomes to the Marketing Communications Director and contribute to monthly progress reporting. Develop and manage communication materials across email, print, digital, social media, and member‑facing channels to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment. Oversee social media strategy and execution, including content planning, engagement monitoring, follower growth, and routing member inquiries to appropriate teams. Maintain and enhance Marketing’s intranet presence, providing timely updates and internal communications that support employee awareness and engagement. Support corporate events and sponsorships, including planning, logistics, and materials for the annual meeting and other key initiatives. Manage the on‑hold messaging program, coordinating updates with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Collaborate with Creative Services to produce high‑quality videos, digital signage, and other branded communication assets. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of credit union products, services, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate and compliant messaging. Partner with Compliance and legal teams to develop and review disclosures and ensure adherence to all applicable regulations. Lead assigned marketing projects, managing timelines, resources, communication, and deliverables from concept through completion. Research emerging marketing trends and technologies and recommend opportunities that support organizational goals and member engagement. Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in‑branch channels. Assist in the development of marketing collateral, coordinating with internal subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and alignment. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum one year of experience in marketing communications, content development, or a related role. Strong writing, editing, and content‑development skills across digital and print channels. Experience managing social media platforms and developing content strategies. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational and project‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with financial services, credit union operations, or regulated industries is a plus. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and internal stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CMS platforms, social media tools, or marketing software is preferred.
