Wireless Construction Manager Woodridge, IL | Full-Time We’re hiring a Wireless Construction Manager to oversee field operations for wireless deployment projects. You’ll manage crews, ensure safety and quality, and drive sites from pre-con to closeout. Responsibilities • Lead day-to-day wireless construction activities (macro, small cell, rooftop) • Coordinate with subcontractors, utilities, site owners, and internal teams • Review RF design, construction drawings, tower maps, and permits • Track project schedules, site readiness, and closeout documentation • Conduct site walks, inspections, and enforce safety standards • Resolve field issues and manage materials/equipment needs Qualifications • 3+ years of wireless construction experience (tower, small cell, 5G) • Strong knowledge of T-Mobile build standards and closeout requirements • Experience managing crews and multiple active sites • Valid driver’s license; travel required Preferred • Prior work with major carriers or tower companies • OSHA 30, ComTrain, or carrier-specific certifications Apply Submit your resume to klovett@atsolutions.us
