The Opportunity As a Senior Consultant Engagement Manager (CEM), you’ll play a critical role in delivering a best-in-class experience to both consultants and clients. You’ll build and manage a high-performing network of consultants across Accounting & Finance, ensuring that the right talent is matched to the right opportunities at the right time. What You’ll Do • Build relationships that matter – Source, engage, and grow a trusted network of Accounting & Finance consultants. • Match talent with opportunity – Deploy the right experts to client projects that need immediate impact. • Champion the consultant experience – Support active consultants through consistent communication, coaching, and feedback. • Curate the bench – Identify in-demand skill sets and proactively maintain a pipeline of available talent. • Collaborate across teams – Work closely with Client Engagement Managers to deliver exceptional client outcomes. • Drive growth and retention – Help market top consultants and deepen relationships with key clients. What You Bring • 5–10 years of experience in professional services, staffing, recruiting, or consulting— ideally within Accounting & Finance. • A proven ability to build and manage strong consultant networks. • High sense of urgency and confidence in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect across levels and functions. • An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. • A team-first attitude — collaborative, accountable, and driven by shared success.
