We are seeking a reliable and experienced Custodian Supervisor to join our team. As the Custodian Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the custodial operations of a few locations ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of those facilities. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Monday through Fridays from 3-10 pm and weekends as needed. Duties: - Perform and supervise custodial tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal - Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, offices, classrooms, and common areas - Ensure proper floor care, including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing - Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require attention or repairs - Coordinate with vendors for the supply and delivery of cleaning materials and equipment - Train and supervise custodial staff to ensure adherence to cleaning protocols and safety guidelines - Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed - Handle any custodial emergencies or issues that may arise Requirements: - TWIC Card, Drivers License, Highschool Diploma, Management experience of 5 years. Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles - Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation - Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Good communication and leadership abilities - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects if required - Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures is a plus We offer competitive pay for this position.
