Advanced Material Handling (AMH), a leader in heavy-duty conveyor and material handling solutions, is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to own and grow a high-potential territory across the Northern Plains and Upper Midwest. High-Impact Territory Manage an existing book of business while unlocking new opportunities — a true 50/50 blend of hunting and farming. Uncapped Earnings Base salary $75,000–$125,000 (experience-based) plus a quarterly bonus program worth $40,000–$75,000+ annually — uncapped. Supportive, Customer-First Culture Work with a collaborative, hard-working team that values initiative, communication, and going the extra mile for clients. What Success Looks Like • Travel 2–3 weeks/month across the territory • Manage and grow an established customer base • Hit a first-year sales target of $2M • Balance prospecting and retention to drive long-term growth Core Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Prospect via calls, leads, referrals, and on-site visits • Sell replacement conveyor chains, sprockets, and turnkey conveyor systems • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Deliver technical consultations and presentations • Create accurate proposals, negotiate confidently, and close deals • Maintain CRM records in Salesforce & provide sales reporting • Accurately enter quotes and orders • Travel regularly (overnight required) What You Bring • 2+ years of successful B2B sales (industrial or material handling preferred) • Post-secondary education in a related field (preferred) • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle • Self-starter with a solutions-focused mindset • Salesforce or similar CRM experience • Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel Tools, Tech & Support • Company phone, laptop & expense account • Vehicle allowance for territory travel • Mentorship from an experienced leadership team Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $75,000 – $125,000 (based on experience) • Quarterly Bonus: $40,000 – $75,000+ annually (uncapped) • Vehicle allowance • Health & Wellness Benefits (after 3 months): dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and yearly wellness allowance Our Culture At AMH, we pride ourselves on a fast-moving, collaborative, and customer-focused culture.
