What You’ll Do: • Get hands-on: Run production processes including serum collection, filtration, sterile handling, bottling, and labeling in a cleanroom/lab environment. • Ensure quality: Follow SOPs and cGMP practices to meet strict quality and regulatory standards—every drop counts. • Document everything: Maintain detailed, accurate batch records, logbooks, and inventory usage. • Own your workspace: Clean and sanitize production areas and equipment, and help ensure a safe, compliant environment. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with our founders, quality, and R&D teams to scale production, solve problems, and innovate processes. • Help us grow: As an early team member, you’ll contribute to shaping SOPs, improving efficiency, and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. What You Bring: • 1–3 years of experience in biotech, pharma, food-grade manufacturing, or other regulated production settings preferred. • Experience with biological materials, sterile technique, or cleanroom environments is a major plus. • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Comfortable working with raw materials (including blood-derived products) and following biosafety protocols. • Excellent documentation and communication skills—startup life means wearing multiple hats and keeping everyone in the loop. • Willingness to roll up your sleeves, learn fast, and grow with the team. Bonus If You Have: • Experience in serum or plasma processing. • Familiarity with centrifugation, filtration systems, or cold-chain logistics. • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FDA, USDA, or ISO standards). • Startup or scale-up experience in a production or lab setting.
