Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels. • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively. • Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs set by the company. • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Engage in self-assessment to identify areas for personal growth. • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery. • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues. • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow-ups. • Adapt to changing customer needs and company policies. • Contribute to a positive team environment and culture. Experience/Qualifications • Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a remote setting. • Ability to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs consistently. • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. • Strong communication skills across various channels such as phone, email, and chat. • Eagerness to participate in ongoing training and professional development programs. • Familiarity with CRM software to manage customer interactions effectively. • Experience working collaboratively within a team environment to achieve goals. • Adaptability to changing customer needs and company policies. • Strong self-assessment skills to identify personal improvement areas. • Ability to provide constructive feedback on customer trends and service issues.
