Description We are a state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility, open for over five years, specializing in short-term rehabilitation for patients transitioning from hospital to home. We're seeking a Weekend Receptionist & Transport Driver to join our team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly manner. • Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately. • Perform data entry, scan/upload medical records to our EHR system. • Assist with central supply organization and put away deliveries. • Transport patients safely to/from hospitals and medical appointments using facility van. Schedule: • Part-time • Weekend shifts • Sat & Sun 11am-5p If you're compassionate, tech-savvy, and ready to support patient care in a dynamic environment, we’d love to meet you! Requirements Requirements: • Clean Driving Record and valid license. • Valid CPR Card. • AZ Fingerprint card. • TB Test. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and navigating online databases. • Comfortable using standard office equipment. • Must be reliable, professional, and patient-focused. • Comfortable and confident transporting patients. • CNA license required. • 1+ year of healthcare experience required.
