Advanced Bio-Logic Solutions Corp. is a leading biopharma company looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager to drive product launches and manage change control efforts. The role involves ensuring compliance and coordinating documentation across global markets while leading cross-functional teams. Responsibilities • Manage and track change control timelines across multiple functions and regions. • Maintain Change Control Management systems for Global Distribution and Customer-Facing SKU Change Records (CFSCR/GDCR). • Provide clear status updates to Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality stakeholders. • Represent the SCPM Hub in planning, variation execution, and regional operations meetings. • Identify and implement process improvements; standardize and document best practices. • Draft and update procedures/processes that enable desired operational outcomes. • Navigate shifting priorities; execute business cases and projects with minimal supervision. Skills • Change control experience in Lifecycle Management within biotech/pharma • Proficiency with TrackWise (or similar Quality Systems) • Strong supply chain and/or quality background; deep knowledge of GMP/GDP and regulatory expectations • Excellent documentation control and cross-functional project coordination • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management; able to absorb complex technical/process info • Proactive, organized, and flexible for global time zones • Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s + 2 years, or Associate’s + 6 years, or High school diploma/GED + 8 years • ASCM/APICS certification; PMP certification • Experience running multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed organization Company Overview • Advanced Bio-Logic Solutions Corporation (ABL) provides products and services that address the technical infrastructure needs of the life sciences community.
