Join our Advance Services team! We’re currently hiring a Food Production worker in the Coppell area. This unique role offers advancement opportunities, on-the-job training, excellent pay, and more! Job description: Production Worker job typically involves operating machinery, following safety procedures, and contributing to the overall production process. Specific duties may include operating equipment like mixers, ovens, and fryers, seasoning equipment, and potentially packing products. Maintaining a clean and organized work area and ensuring all quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: · Operating Production Equipment: May include operating machinery like mixers, ovens, fryers, and seasoning equipment on the production line. · Following Safety Procedures: Adhering to all company safety protocols and ensuring a safe work environment. · Quality Control: Performing basic quality checks and ensuring products meet standards. · Maintaining a Clean Workspace: Keeping the work area clean and organized. · Assisting with Production: May assist with various production tasks, including assembling, packing, and labeling products. · Following Instructions: Following instructions from supervisors and adhering to production schedules and procedures. · Reporting Issues: Reporting any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to appropriate personnel. Specific Tasks Depending on Role: · Process Operator: Responsible for operating equipment like mixers, ovens, and fryers. · Seasoning Operator: Responsible for operating the seasoning equipment. · Packer: May pull, pack, weigh, and label products based on daily orders, ensuring packages are properly sealed. Additional Considerations: · Teamwork: Working effectively with other production staff and potentially supporting training efforts. · Physical Demands: Production work can be physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and lifting. · Adaptability: May be required to perform a variety of tasks and adapt to changing production needs. Physical Requirements: · Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed. · Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds. · Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. · 1-2 years of experience.
