Join our dynamic team as a Surgical Products Sales Territory Manager and be part of our exciting expansion across the country! In this key role, you will promote and sell our innovative range of sterile disposable surgical equipment covers and top-notch infection control solutions to healthcare facilities. Our products are essential in crucial clinical environments, including operating rooms, cauterization labs, interventional radiology, and labor and delivery units. We also offer a specialized line of urology products featuring disposable needle guides, biopsy guns, and equipment designed for seamless biopsies. We proudly sell our products both directly to end users and through national distributors. Your mission will be to nurture existing accounts while actively pursuing new customer opportunities. You will showcase our products, provide essential in-service training on their proper use and benefits, and foster strong relationships that ensure customer satisfaction long after the sale. You will need to be based in the territory. • Minimum 3 years of successful medical device sales experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Understanding of hospital account management and proven ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships • Proficient in managing and organizing a full pipeline including different priorities, accounts, and opportunities • Self-driven individual capable of operating independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Ability to travel extensively; including overnight and occasional weekend travel throughout the assigned territory and at times other locations in the US to support business needs • Valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: • 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience • Clinical background, especially in urology • Proficient with MS Office and experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems • Home base of St. Louis, MO; Kansas City, MO/KS; Minneapolis, MN highly preferred This position works remotely and will sit within an assigned territory. 60-70% travel, including overnights and weekend travel, is required.
