AM - Ashley Hetman DOH - Senior Project Manager (Vital Stats) PT - Up to 20 hours/week Job Title: Senior Project Manager Description: The candidate must be an experienced Senior Project Manager and meet the following requirements: • Experience managing large projects and managing work streams in both IT and the business • Must have experience working with a government Vital Statistics department and be familiar with the business processes and IT applications associated with all types of Vital Events. • Experience and understanding with the Ohio Local Health Departments' role in providing birth and death certificates to Ohio citizens • Experience collecting and managing Public Health data from State of Ohio agencies via the Innovation Ohio Platform (IOP) • Experience with various APIs to/from the IOP platform (e.g., Mulesoft) • Strong communication skills especially with executive leadership • Strong PM skills including project planning, risk management, vendor management and executive status reporting • Note: this is a part time role for up to 20 hours weekly.
